HPSI offers a lifetime warranty on ALL of our silicone. We guarantee our silicone against defect and faulty performance for life, and ensure our performance silicone parts will outlast the life of your vehicle. We warranty all our silicone products under a Limited Lifetime Warranty policy. Regardless of the defect in the product, HPSI will replace the original product. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Warranty Replacement Guidelines

Replacements are shipped via USPS.

Shipments to Canada, Puerto Rico or Guam are subject to additional shipping fees and extended shipping time frames.

Replacements are subject to availability.

All claims must be accompanied with a picture of the product's issue/defect and a copy of the original receipt.

Unless otherwise noted, HPSI does not require products to be returned for warranty claim consideration.

HPSI has the right to refuse a claim at any time.

HPSI has the right to substitute any warranty claim item with a comparable item or credit at any time.
A trained professional or experienced owner should install performance parts. Any issues with compatibility or installation should be addressed before attempting to install any product.
The purchaser's remedy for breach of this limited warranty, exclusive of all other remedies provided by law, is expressly limited to repair or replacement of any part or parts. All products returned for warranty consideration must be returned to HPSI with all transportation expenses prepaid.
HPSI will not be responsible for damages to its products or injury to persons using the products in any manner that would constitute improper operation. HPSI will not be responsible for injury or harm to persons or property when caused by persons or vehicles using its products.

-Returns or Exchanges for NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

-Merchandise must be returned with original packaging, and original contents.

-Special Order items will NOT be canceled, exchanged or returned.

-Returns that are found to be defective - all prior shipping costs & insurance costs are absolutely non-refundable.

-If you want the item returned, you must pay all return shipping and handling charges.
